MUCST RATED AMONG THE BEST IN PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES

Meru University College of Science and Technology recorded impressive results in the recently announced 2010/2011 performance contracting rankings announced by the President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga on Monday, 26th March 2012. Meru University College was among the top 10 best performing public universities country-wide.

It attained position six (6)among 20 Public Universities, position 13 among 178 State Corporations in Kenya thus beating other seasoned institutions and parastatals despite its relatively short period of existence. Since its inception in 2009, MUCST has recorded tremendous improvement in student enrolment, infrastructural development, quality management, staff recruitment and capacity development.
